Shipping Policy

At Belvarnè, we believe shipping should feel as considered as the pieces themselves — clear, honest, and on time. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how your order makes its way to you.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order cut-off time: 11:00 PM EST Delivery address: Your order will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check that all details are complete and correct. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can lead to delays or returned packages.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. If that's the case, we'll let you know.

3. Shipping Rates

Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no fine print.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Your total delivery time includes:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping: 8–12 business days

Estimated total: approximately 9–15 business days from the date of purchase.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and other external factors can occasionally affect delivery times. Our team monitors every shipment and will reach out if anything changes.

5. Your Right to Cancel for Delays

If we're unable to ship your order within the estimated timeframe above, we'll notify you promptly with a revised shipping date. At that point, you have the right to either:

  • Consent to the new shipping date, or
  • Cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

If we cannot provide a revised shipping date, your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to:

  • PO Box addresses
  • Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
  • U.S. territories outside the 50 states
  • Restricted or embargoed areas

Certain items may also be subject to additional restrictions based on carrier rules or local regulations.

7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, an incorrect address, or a refusal at delivery, we'll reach out to arrange a new shipment. A re-shipping fee may apply in these cases.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package leaves our warehouse, it's in the carrier's hands — but we're still here to help if anything goes wrong.

If your package arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@belvarne.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work directly with the carrier to investigate and find a solution as quickly as we can.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

9. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Tracking information typically updates 1–3 business days after the package leaves our warehouse.

10. Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete.

If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around the delivery area (porches, side doors, mailrooms)
  3. Wait 24 hours packages are sometimes marked delivered slightly early
  4. Contact us at info@belvarne.com if it still hasn't turned up

We'll gladly help you open an investigation with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
