How can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Have your tracking number handy? Click here to track your order directly.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return costs.

Once we have received your return, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Simply email info@belvarne.com with:

– Your order number
– Clear photos of the damage
– A short description of the issue

Do you ship to the U.S.?

Yes. We currently only deliver to the U.S.

The estimated delivery time is:

Processing time: 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday)

Shipping time: 8–12 working days (Monday–Friday)

Total delivery time: approx. 9–15 working days from date of purchase.

Where do I enter my discount code?
