Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We'll walk you through the process step by step, and we'll do our best to make it easy.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn and unused, with all tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase
Items that have been worn outdoors, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@belvarne.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please do not ship items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and step-by-step instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend:
- Using a tracked and insured shipping method
- Keeping your tracking number until your refund is processed
- Packaging the item carefully so it arrives in resellable condition
Belvarnè is not responsible for return packages that are delayed, lost, or damaged in transit. If a return doesn't arrive at our facility, we cannot issue a refund without proof of delivery.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us at info@belvarne.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. In these cases, we'll cover the cost of return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without their original packaging or tags
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Sale and final-sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)
- Gift cards
6. Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges, but here's how to get the size or style you want as quickly as possible:
- Place a new order for the item you want
- Send back the original item following the return process above
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll refund you for it
This way, you don't have to wait for the return to arrive before getting your new pair.
7. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and let you know whether your refund has been approved. We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receipt.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once issued, the refund typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it can take some time to post)
- Email us at info@belvarne.com if it still hasn't appeared
8. Cancellations
We aim to process orders quickly, which means we may not be able to cancel an order once it has been confirmed. If you need to cancel, please email info@belvarne.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to follow our standard return process once it arrives.
9. Your Rights Under U.S. Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws, including your rights under the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule for shipping delays. Those rights are described in our Shipping Policy.
